• You can import the contacts from Mac OS X Address Book, from any text file or creating them directly with EditPlan. • You may introduce as many specialties as you want for every contributor, and you will be able to use that information later in your searches. • Insert the text that you want to use in the sign field for every contributor (for example, John Doe is specialist in...). • Enter the cost per page for every contributor. If any of them are also a graphic contributor, you will be able to set different price for the image and for the text. • Send e-mail messages to your contributors directly from the management windows (for example, to remember deadline, product delivery, etc.). • Export your contributor information to use it in other applications. |
